Registration Online Purchase Policy
The following policies apply to your purchase of events registration through Purespot Event Management and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by this reference. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each registration that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that registration or as stated by the venue or the promoter of the event.
Currency
All registration prices are stated according to the currency of the country where the event is going to be held. All purchases are then made in USD. The conversion rates are frequently updated.
Payment Methods
Events registration can be purchased online using valid Visa or MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card. Purespot Event Management acts as the registration agent to the promoter of an event, the person or entity responsible for organizing and running the event, which means Purespot Event Management does not set the registration prices or determine seating allocations.
Events registration are generally sold online through Purespot Event Management. Therefore, events registration for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional events registration may become available prior to the event. However, Purespot Event Management does not control its availability.
Registration Confirmation
Once you have confirmed your registration of events, you will receive an email with an Registration Number. You will also receive a Registration Confirmation with your events registration attached via email to the email address inbox you supply on the online booking form. If you do not find your Registration Confirmation with your events registration in your inbox please check your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid our emails being seen as junk, please add our "From" address to your Address Book.
The information contained on your Registration Confirmation and event registration is important and you should keep it safely. Your event registration contains a unique Barcode which should be quoted in any correspondence.
If you do not receive a Registration Confirmation with event registration (in the form of a Registration Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), it is your responsibility to confirm with Purespot Event Management on the following email address info@purespot.org to confirm that your registration has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Registration Confirmation with your event registration. If we confirm that the registration was not placed, you may safely reregistration online. Purespot Event Management is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to confirm with us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.
Multiple Browser Windows
Please ensure that you use only one browser window to look for events registration and place an registration online on Purespot Event Management. Using multiple browser windows can cause your session to time out and other errors that could mean that you lose your events registration.
Unlawful Re-Sale of Events registration; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of events registration is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Events registration may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the promoter, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Purespot Event Management trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Purespot Event Management consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
